The savory story of the Magic Burritos in 2011 when we opened our restaurant in Wildomar, California. At the time my son was seven, my daughter three, and our niece from Mexico was four. Life was a busy mix of school, activities, helping in the businesses, and raising three children, each with their own unique tastes and preferences. One hectic day, overwhelmed by their constant and diverse requests, l asked our chef to whip up some mini bean and cheese burritos—no rice, no sauce, no meat inside, just simple goodness.

When I presented them to the kids, I told them they were "Burritos Magicos," also known as "Magic Burritos!"

To my delight, no questions asked, they grabbed one and immediately LOVED it, then wanted another, then another, until they disappeared like magic! In 2014 my husband and I welcomed another son to the family and as soon as he was old enough to try solids became an instant fan! Magic Burritos are wonderfully mess-free. If one drops in the car, nothing splatters, they create ZERO crumbs and require ZERO utensils—ideally just clean hands!! Their petite size makes them easy for little ones to handle without feeling overwhelmed, and big kids love them because they just grab several and go!

Blessed with their popularity we continue to share these tasty treats at schools, events and parties, offering a quick source of protein and carbs, all without the hassle of a mess. They taste best served warm, but still good when cold, they can be easily reheated or conveniently frozen for later enjoyment, we have even shipped them out internationally!
